Cause & Case collects personal, financial, and case information solely to assess eligibility and facilitate pro bono legal representation. This includes your name, contact details, income information, and details about your legal matter.

How we use your information

Your data is used for case assessment, advocate assignment, and internal reporting. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data security

Access to personal information is restricted to authorized members of the operations team and empaneled advocates assigned to your case. Applicant names, phone numbers, income, and case papers are not published on this website. A status check requires the application reference, the phone number on the form, and a one-time code.

Analytics

Pages use Google Analytics to count visits. Application answers, phone numbers, and uploaded documents are not sent to analytics.

Grievance officer

Complaints about this website or the handling of personal information may be sent to the grievance officer. We aim to acknowledge within 48–72 hours.
